Our Story

BIO ÓLEOS DE MIOMBO In 2010, BIO ÓLEOS DE MIOMBO emerged with a vision to harness Mozambique’s rich forest resources and create a line of natural, high-quality body care products. Founder Ana Alecia Lyman dedicated over a decade to collaborating with artisans and communities, forging enduring partnerships that form the cornerstone of our brand.

Developed in collaboration with local and international experts, our formulas meticulously utilize the finest locally sourced ingredients. We work closely with public and private partners to establish sustainable value chains, ensuring livelihoods and fostering community-led environmental conservation.

BIO ÓLEOS DE MIOMBO stands as a testament to the power of the private sector in empowering rural communities and promoting environmental preservation. We create markets for sustainable products, incentivizing communities to protect their precious forests.

Through partnerships with NGOs, bilateral agencies, governments, and community groups, BIO ÓLEOS DE MIOMBO actively supports community-based value chains.
